At ShoeFreaks.ca, we want you to love your towering platforms and funky footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition. Please ensure all original packaging and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit nuestras returns portal to enter your order number and email address to start the process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the shoes back in their original designer box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer to prevent damage to the branding.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned footwear for wear and tear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
